Meet Nelisa Bobie, our Director of Education & Learnerships, a seasoned professional with a deep-rooted passion for education and talent development. Nelisa’s journey in shaping young minds began as an Educator at Queenstown Finishing School, where she instilled knowledge and life skills in her students, sparking her lifelong dedication to education.

Transitioning to the academic realm, Nelisa lectured part-time at the University of Port Elizabeth SMATE, where she delved into communication and education studies. Her thirst for knowledge led her to participate in a research project on Code Switching in the classroom, culminating in a successful thesis presentation at a Science Conference.

Venturing into the corporate world, Nelisa honed her skills as a Training Facilitator, specializing in developing adults in the workplace, managing learnership programs, and navigating SETA requirements. Her passion for empowering young individuals grew as she witnessed the transformation of unemployed youth into skilled professionals securing permanent roles.

Nelisa’s expertise expanded further as she became an Assessor with W&R SETA and an Accredited Facilitator with Red Management Consultants. Her journey led her to roles at Jet Music and Lafarge Aggregates, Cement, where she played a pivotal role in learnerships, graduate programs, and mentorship initiatives.

At Kimberly Clark, Nelisa continued to excel, obtaining certifications as a Coach through Ken Blanchard and managing the Online E-Learning Platform. Her dedication to talent development culminated in her role as Group Training Manager at Twizza and Crickley Dairy, where she spearheaded learnership programs and internships.

Additionally, Nelisa is the Founder of Kayoli Talent Solutions, an Accredited Training Provider with Foodbev SETA, further demonstrating her commitment to skills development and empowerment.

Educationally, Nelisa holds a Bachelor of Education Honors degree from the University of Port Elizabeth, an Honors Degree in Psychology from UNISA, and a Higher Diploma in Education from the University of Fort Hare. She also possesses an HR Diploma from Varsity College and a Bachelor’s degree majoring in Psychology from the University of Fort Hare, with a focus on organizational development.

With her extensive experience in learning & development, talent development, and education, Nelisa Bobie continues to make a significant impact in shaping the future generation.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Nelisa is a devoted wife and mother of three children – two boys and a girl. Her family is her source of strength and inspiration, providing balance to her dynamic career.
